This policy explains how the MeJu free trial, cancellation and refund work. It complements the Terms of Service.
1. Free trial of fourteen days
When you start a Subscription, you get a free trial of fourteen (14) days. You register a valid payment method to start, but no charge happens during the trial.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You may cancel any time from the customer portal in one click.
If you do not cancel, your Subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged for the first period.
2. Right of withdrawal
EU residents have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the start of paid Service, under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83.
Brazilian consumers have a right of withdrawal of seven (7) days under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code.
We apply the longer of the two: fourteen (14) days from the first paid charge.
To exercise this right, write to support@wizzcomms.com from the email address associated with your Account, within the 14-day window. We refund the full charge back to your original payment method within 14 days of the request.
3. Pro-rata refund for service issues
Outside the withdrawal window, the Subscription is non-refundable except where:
- a critical bug attributable to the Service prevents normal use; or
- the Service is unavailable for more than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours.
In those cases we refund the pro-rata portion of the unused period. Write to support@wizzcomms.com describing the issue.
3.A. AI output is not a ground for refund
AI-generated suggestions (daily tip, monthly summary, panorama, anomaly observation, category suggestion) are informational only and may be inaccurate, as stated in section 4.A of the Terms of Service and section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
A loss, error or unwanted outcome arising from your reliance on AI output is not a ground for refund under this policy. The AI features can be disabled at any time at no cost under Settings > Plan > Artificial Intelligence, and the rest of the Service continues to operate normally.
This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer protection right that applies to you.
4. Cancel any time
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- automatic renewal stops;
- you can reactivate in one click before the period ends, with no new trial.
5. How to cancel
- Sign in to MeJu.
- Open Settings > Plan.
- Click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. You receive an email confirmation.
If you cannot access the portal, write to support@wizzcomms.com and we cancel for you.
6. How to reactivate
If you change your mind before the end of the paid period, go back to the customer portal and click Reactivate. Your Subscription resumes with no interruption and no new trial.
If the period has already ended, simply start a new Subscription. You will not get a new trial period for the same account.
