How does renewal work?
It renews automatically at the end of each cycle. We email you seven days before the charge. You cancel through the portal, whenever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. In the first 14 days after the first charge, full refund, no questions. After that, only for proven technical failures.
Can I switch between Brazil and Europe?
Yes. Tell support and we reissue the subscription in the new currency. Your history stays untouched.
Do you issue receipts?
Yes. Every charge generates a Stripe invoice with your tax ID or VAT. Download from the portal whenever.
Do you support EU VAT for businesses?
Yes. Enter your company VAT at checkout. The invoice goes out with reverse charge when it applies.
What is the 14-day guarantee?
Right of withdrawal. We apply whichever rule is more favorable between Brazil and the EU: full refund in the first 14 days after the first charge.
Does the AI see my raw data?
No. Before any call, the server builds an anonymous summary with totals and aggregated categories only. Names, descriptions and identifiers never leave your space.
Can I turn the AI off?
Yes. In Settings, Plan, Artificial Intelligence. The features disappear from the app and no anonymous data leaves.
Which AI do you use?
OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, with zero retention agreed. The privacy policy describes what goes in each call.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, whenever, through the Stripe portal. The difference is prorated automatically.
Does it work offline?
Yes. MeJu is a PWA. You browse what's already synced without internet, and it updates when the connection comes back.
